50 Affirmations for Self-Worth


Reasons to give affirmations a try:


1.     Practising affirmations is an easy way to begin to develop your self-worth, self-love, and self-confidence.

2.     Affirmations can encourage you to become your own advocate, the way you would be for anyone else whom you care for or love.

3.     They can support you with beginning to alter your mindset and challenge your own negative thinking patterns and self-beliefs.

4.     Affirmations can help you redirect your focus to the positive aspects of yourself, your experiences, and your life.

5.     They can help you to change your self-talk, reflect on what you value and believe to be important, as well as the areas where you may need some more prompting to feel true.




 

How to incorporate affirmations:

Affirmations are versatile and you can use them however you like. Some people choose to stand in front of a mirror every morning and speak their chosen affirmations out loud to themselves, others may make a mood board, some may have them on printed cards, or even just write their favourite affirmation on a note and place it to their desk or fridge.  

Here below I have shared some of my favourite affirmations for self-worth, self-love, and self-confidence:

2. I accept myself as I am.

3. I am grateful for my creative mind.

4. The only approval I need is my own.

5. I am entitled to my self-care.

6. My validations are enough.

7. I am responsible for my own emotions.

8. I deserve to be kind to me.

9. I do not need to apologise for existing.

10. I believe in my abilities.

11. I respect myself and my boundaries.

12. I am positive about my future.

13. I am whole and complete.

14. I am proud of who I am and who I am becoming.

15. I deserve good pay for my skills.

16. I can achieve anything that I want.

17. I am worthy, and I deserve love.

18. I deserve the compliments I receive.

19. I am grateful for my life.

20. I am allowed to feel my feelings.

21. I strive to get better, not perfect.

22. I grow every day to become a better version of myself.

23. I forgive myself for my mistakes.

24. I am proud of myself and my achievements.

25. I am allowed to be authentic.

26. My feelings are valid.

27.  I deserve to have a voice.

28. I deserve to take care of myself.
